Partner With Us

SuomiAreena’s content is created each year together with partners. The festival themes emerge from topics raised by more than 200 organizations. Applications for arranging own stage production opens annually. SuomiAreena also curates thematic discussions and offers partners additional involvement opportunities. Our partners enable even broader representation of societal topics and new voices and makes it possible to build even more appealing and important content for the festival.
Open calls
SuomiAreena calls each year organizations to participate and arrange their own discussions as part of the official festival program.
Content partner
In addition to the open call, SuomiAreena builds curated content entities together with partners. Coalitions address topical social themes and debates for which there is a clear need. The modules are built around a common theme and can last from a couple of hours to a full-day program. The opportunity to invite your own stakeholders, decision-makers and partners and facilitate your own discussion. Other parties related to the topic are also invited to build good discussions.
Special implementation
Tailor-made implementation that can take place on stage or elsewhere in the festival area. Examples: workshops, special programs, meeting places in the festival area, sharing products or content. The implementation is planned according to the partner's goals and needs.

Own spot at the citizens square
Organizations may apply for their own booth at Citizen Square, located in the festival area. Booths present societal themes. Exceptions for product/service sales may be granted.
Visibility partner
For example, the opportunity to act as a stage partner on a named stage or built visibility in the festival area and on SuomiAreena's channels in different ways. A way to strengthen the brand's presence at SuomiAreena without or in addition to its own content entity.
Pro Bono
SuomiAreena annually opens a pro bono application for organizations with important messages but limited resources. Intended for communities, NGOs, public actors and companies offering new perspectives on the annually defined theme.
The 2026 pro bono application closed on 19 Jan 2026.
